Pros: Чудове місцерозташування. До бульвару Круазет і пляжу кілька хвилин пішки. В 5 хвилинах є Спар, щоправда він маленький, але найнеобхідніше придбати можна. Дуже тихе місце. Чудова тераса, яка об'єднує всі приміщення квартири. Тераса виходить на внутрішній двір із садом. Ранком в цьому саду співають птахи. Приватне паркомсіце в підземному паркінгу бід будинком. Кульовий місткий холодильник у вітальні.

Cons: Трохи замало нам було кухонного приладдя.

Posizione e zona eccellenti!!!!

Pros: La posizione è sicuramente il punto di forza dell'alloggio. La zona è anche molto bella. L'appartamento non da meno: molto spazioso, pulito e con un gran bel terrazzo.

Cons: L'ingresso programmato per le 15.00 a mio parere è un pò tardivo. Anche se richiedendolo alle 13.00, mi sono state accordate le 14.15.

Pros: Emplacement parfait pour être au calme. Et pas trop loin des commodités et de la croisette. La propreté et la qualité de l équipement.

Cons: La lumière dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas et pas de lampe de chevet, sauf erreur de ma part . Il s agit d un très bel appartement, spatieux mais un peu d isolation n aurait pas fait de mal (on entend la télé du voisin tôt le matin et les goélands à l extérieur comme si on était dehors)

Pros: C’est un appartement spacieux, conforme aux photos. L’emplacement est idéal, près de tout . La personne a l’accueil est formidable. Le propriétaire est à l’écoute et réactif à nos questions.

Pros: Struttura in posizione strategica, vicinissima al mare e vicina al centro. L’appartamento è spazioso e ben arredato. Il personale presente e disponibile.

Cons: L’appartamento non era pulitissimo.
