Pros: Fabulous flat! Absolutely incredible location, super close to the Croisette, the sea side and short walk to palais de festivals. The flat is very well proportioned, the rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated. The balcony is always sunny which was an unexpected surprise. We had a wonderful stay

Close to Miramar beach

Pros: The flat is very conveniently located for the Miramar beach which is only 5 minutes walk away but the general area is residential and not noisy at night time. The Cannes shuttle bus stops outside the flat and it makes it easy to travel to the old harbour area during the day time.

Cons: The cleaner was late on the day we arrived and we had to wait for them to arrive and clean up from the previous occupants but we sat on the balcony while that happened so it was fine.

Pros: Spacious, modern and very clean. The host has decorated so beautifully. The location is superb. Only 3 minute walk to the beach and an array of restaurants, shops and cafe’s.
