Florella Croisette Apartment

Pros: Excellent location, right opposite the Palais des Festival. Lots if space in the appartment

Cons: The flat was for 8 people. There was only 6 of us. But there wasn't enough cups or glasses. Good job there was a dishwasher. There is a digitale to enter the flat. That was great for us so everyone come in and out freely. But for my mum, a key would have been better.

Definitely recommend!

Pros: The apartment is in a brilliant location, on the doorstep of the shops and restaurants. The host was easy to contact if we needed anything, and communication was very efficient. The apartment was very clean, and had everything we needed.

Cons: Clearer instructions could be given to find the apartment, the google maps pin shows the other side of the apartment and not the entrance. The entrance is on the main square. However the staff were on hand to direct us to where we needed to go.

A well located and spacious apartment

Pros: The apartment is in a fantastic central location — just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and shops. It was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay, which made it a comfortable base for exploring Cannes.

Cons: Communication around check-in was frustrating. There was no reception at the property. Despite paying the deposit in advance, we didn’t receive check-in details until calling staff multiple times due to an issue with the link to pay city tax — while delayed and standing outside in the heat with our luggage. The upstairs shower was unusable due to a strong drain smell and water overflowing from the tray, which also affected the comfort of the adjoining bedroom. For a group of 8, having only one key was inconvenient.

Great for a break in the S of France.

Pros: We were there for my daughter’s pre wedding party. The apartments were perfect.

Cons: The beds could have been a bit more comfortable for Us Mums…

Pros: the communication was not 100% and there was a very high deposit to pay - higher than I've paid for some 5 star properties in the past. but we got this back with no issues.

Cons: no deposit.

Perfect location that feels like home

Pros: Location, comfortable beds. Coffee machine and equipment for washing clothes and dishes

Pros: the location and facilities were perfect for our group. rooms were clean and well maintained.

Cons: large deposit needed but we were very tidy so hopeful its returned.

Perfect location for a great week in Cannes.

Pros: The location was ideal for restaurants and bars on your doorstep, and it being a 1-minute walk to the beach, it was ideal.

Pros: Modern, well equipped, spacious apartment right in town centre. Comfortable bed and everything was great.

Cons: The only thing I would mention is that the Google map pin to the property is incorrect and confusing how to get there. When we called the reception the guidance was unclear and the person was quite rude.

Pros: Excellent location close to where we needed to be and also plenty of bars and restaurants within a stones throw of the door.
