Fettolina Palm Beach

The three of us enjoyed our stay a lot.

Pros: The location is excellent. Beautiful waterfront view. You can swim directly in front of the apartment and towels, umbrella and mats are provided. The apartment was old style but reasonably well maintained and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and the large balcony doors allowed the cooler morning air into the apartment. Communication with the owner and manager was cordial and welcoming. There is a bus on the road behind the apartment on the first corner left after exiting the apartment and down the one block. This takes you into Canne for 1 euro 40 and you tap on with credit card. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons: It was a good stay. For the money paid I wouldn’t expect more - good value for a waterfront apartment of this vintage.

Perfect apartment in a perfect location

Pros: We spent a week in February 2025 at the Fettolina Palm Beach, Cannes, apartment. This was the perfect place to stay for myself, my wife, our adult daughter and her dog. We were meet by Lucien when we arrived and he let us in and gave us an informative orientation to the apartment, building, and area. He could not be more helpful. The apartment was very spacious and clean. It was perfectly situated on the beach with a large balcony facing the Mediterranean where we watched beautiful sunrises each morning. The apartment was well appointed with three bathrooms. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook. It was close to bakeries, fruit stands, and grocery stores. The bus stop was only one block away and we used it to get into downtown Cannes and the train station. Our family would be more than happy to stay there again.

Cons: there were no issues to mention

It was a brilliant experience to stay in general.

Pros: The apartment is located in a quite residential place with the beach right in the front and it takes roughly 30 mins to walk to the city center. The flat is quite spatious for four people with all the rooms having balconies and individual bathrooms. The landlord is quite considerate to give us facilities for the beach such as towels and portable chairs. Every morning when we get up, the sea view is fascinating. In general, we all love the flat and would definitely stay there if we go back to Cannes again.

Cons: The wifi didn't work well during the period. Also I understand the room cleaning takes time for such a big apartment. But it would be great if you can let us check out first and then comes with the cleaning ladies rather than let her wait inside while we are still packing up.

Very comfortable apartment in a perfect location, great host

Pros: Perfect location, very safe and friendly neighbourhood. Excellent communication with the host and their local representative - thank you. A comfortable, well equipped apartment.

Cons: Everything was perfect, there was nothing at all we didn’t like.

sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt in einer Stadt, die auch in der Nebensaison alles bietet

Pros: geräumige, ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit toller Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer und Balkon aus, gut eingerichtete Küche. Badestrand und Strandpromenade direkt vor der Haustür

Pros: Wunderschöne Lage am Meer!!! Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Lucien ist unschlagbar, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, hat uns alles gezeigt, alle unsere Fragen beantwortet und sonst weitere Tipps gegeben. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Merci beaucoup!

Pros: Udsigten var fantastisk. Lige ned til den lækreste gratis strand og der er parasoller og stole man må bruge i lejligheden til stranden. Lucien var fantastisk til at fortælle alt vi havde brug for.

Cons: alt var godt.
