Coeur de Cannes - 5mn Croisette Palais - Terrasse et Parking

A very nice well decorated comfortable and spotless apartment in a great location.

Pros: The location was perfect, close to city centre, beach, restaurants, cafes, shops and yet it was totally quiet. The bedroom was at the back and the sitting room was double glazed. Good size, very clean throughout. We did not meet the host but he was very helpful with messaging. Nice smart TV, so we could log into our Netflix account. Lots of storage space for clothes. Very comfortable settee, dining table and chairs for four people. All good.

Cons: There is no oven/grill, and no dishwasher which was not a problem to us. A few bits and pieces missing in the kitchen like a vegetable peeler and a grater which we bought nearby.

Pros: The host is extremely available and kind, and the position is exceptional. The house has everything you might need, we had a great time!

Pros: The owner of the apartment was incredibly kind and helpful, offering valuable tips and advice about the local area. The apartment, which includes a private parking area located approximately 150 meters away, was conveniently situated about 500 meters from the beach, making it an easy walk even with children. Positioned in the city center, the apartment was also within close proximity to supermarkets and shopping malls, which added to its convenience. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning in the living room, which worked efficiently. For families with children, the only potential drawback was the lack of a dishwasher, though this wouldn't be an issue if dining out regularly.

Pros: Very good flat in the center of cannes. I used to be in cannes every year, and our stay Here was 1 of the Best. Very good location, big parking necessary in cannes, close to all (beaches, shops, restaurants). Flat very well furnished, coffee, tea, etc, private terrace, very clean and confortable. We loved this flat, and owner was very kind, he gave us a lot of good tips on the area, and was available. He allows us late départ ure and early arrival, so it was very flexible. We appreciated also that flat was very quiet, no noise at all to disturb our stay.. Definitely excellent choice.

Pros: Appartamento pulito, ben tenuto e con tutto il necessario per la permanenza. Regalo di ben venuto sul tavolo! Posizione vicina al centro, discount per fare la spesa appena fuori dal parcheggio privato per l'auto. Il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile ad illustrarci i paesi da visitare. Consigliatissimo!

Наши впечатления от первой поездки в Канны

Pros: Прекрасное расположение( центрально, но тихо и спокойно), удивительные хозяева, готовые помочь и одарить ценнейшей информацией по туризму (что и как посетить, где пляжи с прекрасным видом и т.д) Есть всё необходимое для проживания(полотенца, фен, пылесос, кофеварка, микроволновка, стиралка, утюг). Мы были втроём, но места спокойно хватает и на четверых взрослых. Парковка крытая в 200 мерах от дома, недалеко магазин продуктов. Вообще Канны понравились даже больше,чем Ницца и Монако( всё компактно и удобно!) Советуем здесь остановиться 👍🏻

Cons: Не могу сказать, что не понравилась парковка- она стандартная для этого региона! Нам не подошла высота въезда в парковку, так как у нас высота машины с багажом на крыше превышала 2 метра. Пришлось снять и складировать на террасе(всё в целости и сохранности!) Больше никаких \

Agréable, bien équipé.

Pros: Bonne situation au début du boulevard Carnot, près des commerce, du centre ville, des plages et de la gare. Logement calme. La gentillesse de Didier et sa réactivité.

Cons: L'espace extérieur offre un plus, dommage qu'il soit un peu négligé, ce qui le rend moins convivial. La moquette herbe aurait mérité un petit coup de balai, une cloison haute cacherait le contrebas laissé à l'abandon, les fleurs desséchées dans les pots ne sont pas très décoratives mais il est vrai nous sommes en plein été.

Pros: The room was so big, could be possible for a whole family. There was also a washing machine that help me a lot for a long stays.

Cons: The funitures quite old and the bed sheets were old too
