Luxurious Studio in Cannes 450m from sea with Terrace and Air Conditioning and private Parking

Pros: Brigitte is the best host, very attentive, and was always in touch. The apartment is very nice with all the amenities. The location is excellent. If you visit Cannes, be sure to use the apartment Luxurious Studio .Thank you ,Brigitte❤️

Excellent and the customer service was outstanding. I plan on staying there again, every time I visit Cannes.

Pros: The property was a great location, about 15 mins leisurely stroll to the Palais de Festival on the Croisette. It was clean with a decent size balcony, full amenities as stated and the smart TV was easy to use. My favourite feature was the security, the double door security on the ground floor and the key coded security feature on the apartment door. The air conditioning worked very well which was always a welcome feature as it was over 30 degrees Celsius when we visited. I also like to cook so it was a convenient and pleasant surprise that there’s an Aldi supermarket less than 50m away and a petrol station across the road.

Cons: I quite liked the property and would definitely stay there again and I’d definitely recommend it to others, but if I had to nit-pick I’d say the decor could be stripped back and made more minimalist. But that’s subjective and a matter of personal taste.

Nice host, great location and great value for money

Pros: The host was very kind, helpful and service minded. Whatever question we had she answered and if we had requests she made it possible. The place was situated close to the old part of Cannes and had a great view from the balcony.

Chic studio

Pros: Ok for 2 nights. Self check-in/check-out. Easy to find. Free parking. The terrace of this apartment is amazing, with a sunbed. Brigitte was super nice, she responded very fast to my msgs. She prepared for me a bottle of wine and some snacks (lovely surprise). In the apartment: TV, microwave, coffee maker, small fridge, air conditioning. (no washing machine) Regarding the location: 10 min walk to the public beach, 20 min walk to city center. The closest ok supermarket was Monop. Everything is closed till 8:30am so if you want a good coffee and a croissant I recommend you closest bakery open from 06:30am Le Pain Paillasse.

Cons: The room ventilation located above the bed was quite noisy.

Pros: Emplacement pratique et place de parking appréciée. Échange facile avec la propriétaire. Propreté et calme de l'emplacement. Balcon agréable

Čudovito bivanje v centru mesta Caness.

Pros: Detajli v stanovanju in vsa navodila, ki jih potrebuješ. Poleg omenjenega tudi, da je bilo v kopalnici pribor za pranje zob in tuš gel za prhanje.

Cons: Jaz ne bi našteval izboljšav, ker mi je bilo čisto vse vredu in nimam nobenih pripomb. Glede na vse, bi mogoče lahko le rekel, da bi si želel več takšnih ponudnikov.

Pros: L'appart est super et toutes les petites intentions belles et cachées partout rende le séjour encore plus plaisant.

Cons: La place de parking non disponible (tout occupé)

Pros: El piso está situado a 5 min andando del mar, llegando en nada a la playa. Super comodo lo de tener parking (ojo si tienes un coche especialmente bajito). La atención de Brigitte un 10

Cons: El piso por la noche tiene poca luz y no sabía usar la de encima de la cama jajaja

Pros: Миле помешкання в самому центрі міста з гарним виглядом на замок. У номері всі необхідні зручності, парковка в близькій доступності, магазин також дуже близько. До пляжу пішки до 5 хвилин. Власниця - приємна і мила, завжди рада допомогти. Гарні враження і від міста і від помешкання. Рекомендую.

Pros: Appartamento molto accogliente, pulito, vicinissimo al mare e al centro. Abbiamo apprezzato la bottiglia di vino al nostro arrivo e la possibilità di usare l’ombrellone per la spiaggia.
