Nice and cozy apartment

Pros: Cozy apartment, 10 min walking from city center. Clean and well furnished. comunication with the owner and check in/out process easy and quick. Highly recommended :)

Loved the appartment while I was visiting Cannes.

Pros: It was a nice appartment close to the beach and center.

Simple but well-appointed apartment with nice shower and bedroom, very centrally located.

Pros: When I arrived there was no one to welcome me. I sent a text message and then went asking in a teashop nearby in the street. By accident, I found the person who could give me the key to my apartment there. A very nice and welcoming person. By then I had also received an answer by text to my earlier message, so I need not have worried.

Cons: The stairs and hallways leading to the apartment were a bit shabby. It at first was not easy to open the door as the key had to be turned in a certain way. The toilet was not as clean as it could have been. The second night of my stay one of the neighbors (I could not tell if it was upstairs or downstairs) was walking around in a frantic way for at least two hours and it disturbed my sleep.

A nice place to stay.

Pros: The facility was clean and tidy. The owner had provided water and some biscuts as a welcome gift. The location was very good and the price was reasonable. Travelling to nearby cities by train was also convenient.

Cons: The walls were very thin, and we could hear people talking in the corridors.

Excellent all round.

Pros: Very clean. Everything worked well and was comfortable.

Cons: It would be lovely to have a balcony. This is a fantasy not a suggestion!

Pros: Beautiful appartment! 10000/10! We can only say good things about our stay! The flat was very clean, new, well equiped and quiet! The owner was very nice and she welcomed us with a bottle of wine and sweets! There’s no better place than this flat in whole Cannes or even on the French Riviera! We recommend it very much!

Great place to stay with family

Pros: The apartment is situated near the city center, it is within walking distance of everything. Free public parking places are in the nearby streets, it may take some time to find one, but this works. There are some very nearby restaurants, a great bakery, and a rather big supermarkets 5 minutes of walk from the place. In the apartment you have everything you need; very good Wi-Fi, two TVs, a neat bathroom, a great kitchenette fully equipped. The owners are very kind and attentive and open to help if needed. I can freely say that this was one of the best overall lodgings I have been at. When I visit Cannes next time I will certainly go there again.

Pros: The host was very friendly and made all ready when we arrived, we were so happy with the hospitality. Her communication was great before during and after, so we are delighted. Many thanks again. The apartment was very clean and spacious enough for 2 adults and two kids, all the amenities was available including washing machine which is very useful if you have kids :) The distance to the center was pretty good, so in 5 minutes you can reach to center, but also good enough to be away from center so you can park your car on the free street parking nearby. Therefore ideal spot if you want to be near to center but also came with car.

Cons: All good, just we were sorry that isolation between floors were not so good so our normal walking caused disturbance to the people downstairs. Though neighbors downstairs acknowledged that it is the building inferior sound isolation not us particularly, but again apologies for the inconvenience.

Pros: Un apartament micut, pe o strada linistita. Este foarte aproape de centru si se poate merge pe jos pana oriunde in Cannes. Blocul are lift, deci e perfect daca ai multe bagaje. Doamna proprietar a fost foarte amabila si draguta. Recomand acest apartament.

Cons: Mi-a placut, nu este negativ ce urmeaza sa spun, dar trebuie luat in considerare. Apartamentul este micut, noi am fost 3 fete si a fost foarte bine, dar cred ca pentru 4 persoane e prea mic.

Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Cannes.

Pros: Die Lage ist gut. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig. Die kleine Küche ist seht gut ausgestattet. Unmittelbar neben der Unterkunft ist ein kleines Cafe. In ca. 15. Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß die Innenstadt sowie die Croisette.

Cons: Die Schlüsselübergabe war etwas kompliziert. Es gab unzureichende Informationen über die Lage des Schlüssels. Könnte man besser organisieren.
