Pros: Located near the station and next to the main street, the location is excellent.

Cons: The toilet door was a sliding door, so it didn't close properly, which was a little annoying, but there was a window, so it helped with ventilation. My neighbour was very loud, so be aware of that if it bothers you. It was unfortunate that the elevator was broken on the last day and couldn't be used.

Perfect location for visiting Cannes

Pros: The apartment is situated in a perfect location for visiting events around the festival palace. The hygiene is perfect and the apartment is fully equipped. Communication with the host was efficient.

Pros: WE love the place.. its perfect.. 5minutes away from the Gare station..just around the corner the monoprix.. and restaurants..just a few steps going tô the bank city Center and Plage..In the evening we have a peace and quiet time .. so if ur tired roaming around the city you can sleep tightly without any noise.... Perfect for us family of 3.. They have everything even a beach tent and beach Umbrella so you don't need to bring ur own..They even have the information that will provided for you if ur a 1st timer in Cannes..if you prefer to cook ur own food .. its also provided by the owner ... the aircon is excellent not too cold not too hot ... I will come back and book again this place ... The cleanliness perfect.. Keep it up !!!

Pros: Beautiful safe and cental apartment with all facilities required! I would recommend it 100%!!

Cons: The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable Sore neck after sleeping Noise from neighbours loud in middle of night, but ok!

Pros: It was Bed only. Fronscoise is very friendly,sweet pleasent and very helpful. The room was very clean and all amenities were there. Kitchen was fully equiped , she even gave me espresso capsules, biscuits ,a bottle of water and a bottle of Rose wine. Internet speed was very good. All toilletries available.Location is central close to every thing by max 5mins on foot. I defintley recommend the place and will sure come again.

Excellent séjour à Cannes

Pros: Excellent emplacement, très proche du Palais des Festivals et de la gare, en plein centre de Cannes Appartement très bien aménagé, hyper propre Volets électriques qui permettent de dormir dans l'obscurité totale et une douche avec une super pression. Assez rare pour être souligné ! Également une super réception de la part de la propriétaire J'espère pouvoir réserver à nouveau cet appartement pour mon prochain voyage à Cannes !

Cons: There was some construction on the building across the courtyard that meant there was some noise during the day and the walls don’t block out much noise.
