Pros: We had a wonderful time at this lovely apartment. Michel has been an amazing host—right from check-in, he was available, very welcoming, and always ready to help. The apartment is just 5 minutes from the train station and about an 8-minute walk to the Palais des Festivals. The amenities are excellent, and the kitchen has everything you need. Overall, a great stay!

Pros: The host was incredibly supportive. He was super friendly and received us warmly. He understood the purpose of our trip and tailored the theme of the apartment to reflect our passions. For film professionals, it was a nice touch to see the film-inspired decor.

Cons: I honestly have no complaint about this apartment. I'm definitely staying here again.

Шикарные и удобные аппартаменты в центре Канн.

Pros: Мы в восторге! Хозяин Мишель нас встретил с машиной на автобусной остановке и привёз с чемоданами прямо в квартиру. Объяснил нам всё, рассказал, провёл полный инструктаж по аппартаментам. Там при входе в дом несколько замков, которые открываются специальным чипом. Для пользования лифтами нужен код. Парковка прямо под домом на этаже минус 3. Очень удобно! До железнодорожного вокзала идти ровно 5 минут. Район приличный. До набережной Круазет идти 15 минут. Рядом несколько продовольственных магазинов. Интернет быстрый. В квартире всё удобно для проживания. Мишель нам оставил в холодильнике бутылку вина и 2 бутылки воды, это было очень приятно! Очень рекомендую эту квартиру для проживания в Каннах!

Cons: Желательно поменять сковородки. И добавить 1 острый нож. Но это мелочи.

Appartement très bien situé , confortable et bien équipé

Pros: Le propriétaire est venu nous chercher à la gare et nous a fait découvrir tout l'appartement, les accès, le parking, les poubelles. Appartement climatisé, de plein pied, bien agencé avec une petite terrasse. Lave-vaisselle et Lave-linge très pratiques. Les literies (avec canapé lit) sont très confortables. Grande salle de bains. Une place de parking dans le sous-sol car il est difficile de se garer dehors. L'appartement est à 5 minutes de la gare et 10 minutes d'un quartier très commerçant.

Cons: Beaucoup de passage dans la rue. Pas de rideaux aux fenêtres. Manque des portes manteaux ou valets de nuit dans la salle de bains et la chambre.

Pros: El apartamento está a 5 minutos del paseo de la Croissete y delante de la estación de tren. Ubicación inmejorable para ir a pie a todos sitios. Dispone de parquin con plaza grande. Michel ( el propietario) nos recibió y nos dio muchas recomendaciones de la zona. Su atención hacia nosotros ja sido excelente, muy amable. Ojalá podamos volver en otra ocasión, seguro que repetirlas en este alojamiento.

Pros: Das Appartment ist von der Lage nahezu perfekt. Direkt am Bahnhof gelegen kann man völlig unkompliziert Ausflüge nach Nizza, Monte Carlo etc starten. Auch im interessanten Teil von Cannes ist man in 5 Minuten. Und der größte Pluspunkt ist definitiv der enthaltene Tieggaragen-Parkplatz. Dieser ist wirklich für Resende mit einem Auto Gold wert. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber erfolgt über Whatsapp, was sehr gut funktioniert. Dieser ist sehr zuvorkommend!

Cons: Gerade das Bad und die Toilette sollten dringend renoviert werden. Hier ist doch einiges in die Jahre gekommen und vernachlässigt.
