Fantastic location! 5 minutes walk to the beach, all shops and the market are within immediate vicin

Great location! Will choose to stay there again if given the chance to return to Cannes...

Pros: The location! Quiet building. Walking distance to la Croisette, shops and restaurants... Clean bathroom, clean sheets and towels. Iron, hairdryer, microwave, wifi, balcony.

Cons: Having never been there before, would have been helpful to have a few more instructions for collection of key, to know that the number 48 in the address was for the door of the building that leads onto a pedestrian street that is not visible from the main street. There was sand on the floor everywhere. The kitchenette is very dated & the hotplate was greasy. It hadn't been cleaned properly.
