Appartement rénové Cannes Suquet

Great and unique place. Has some problems due to uniqueness.

Pros: The hotel is located in the center of the old town, right on the pedestrian street with restaurants, and close to the beach. This is a very old house, between 500-900 years old, fully renovated inside, very unique. Cool place to stay. Clean, fresh and look modern.

Cons: The second bedroom is very small, just the queen bed fits in it, and there is no space for even a bedside table. The space around the bad is tiny. The condition is right on top of the bed, so you have a choice: either get sick from the condition that is blowing right to your head and face, or get hit if you do not use the condition in this tiny room. The toilet in the second washroom is not comfortable as it is located in a small niche which is not comfortable to reach and with the flush button on a side that works if you press and hold it (very hard if you have medium-long nails). The level change in the apartment 3 times with a small, unexpected step. It take time to used to it. The apartment is located on the second floor with very high stairs, no elevator. This apartment will not be comfortable for older people or people with disabilities. The second bedroom and the second washroom have good size. The chek-out is too early at 10 a.m. The internet was not connected, the host didn't respond, and it took us an hour to figure out how to fix the internet issue. The host asked us to leave at 9:45 a.m. as he needed to clean and was knocking on our door at 9:40. Also be aware that the hotel is located on a pedestrian street with cobblestones, it would take 10-15 minutes of a walk with baggage from the closest parking to this hotel. If you have a lot of baggage, it would not be easy. The host and his management guy were mostly French-speaking; communication in English was not easy. We're glad that our daughter knows French, as we were not able to communicate with the host verbally in English. Writing instructions on how to get the key and where to park the car was not clear and didn't help.

Pros: Great location, very modern, car park is a few minutes from the property.

Pros: La propreté. La proximité avec le parking sous terrain. Les salles de bains et l’appartement sont magnifiques.

Pros: Das Apartment ist perfekt, es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist super, mitten in der Fussgängerzone. Das Auto kann man ein paar Meter im Parkhaus parken. Es ist gemütlich, Luxus waren die zwei Bäder mit zwei Toiletten. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr angenehm. Super unkomplizierter Besitzer, sehr angenehm. Restaurants gleich unter den Fenstern des Wohnzimmers. Unser Hund wurde akzeptiert, das war ein grosses Plus! Vielen Dank :-)

Cons: Es fehlt ein bisschen ein Balkon.

Pros: Appartement propre et rénové. Cuisine toute équipée. Literie confortable. Wi-Fi et VOD à disposition Accueil avec le sourire. Emplacement proche du centre et du parc des expositions.

Cons: Canapé pas très confortable en mode canapé.

Pros: Tutto perfetto molto vicino al molo e vicino alla stradine del centro storico

Pros: La propreté de ce logement est très apprécié, la décoration est moderne, l’emplacement est idéal pas loins du centre à pieds.
