Pros: Perfect location - you can walk around the city and still be close to the room. Also quiet too - no matter how loud it may get in the neighbourhood you can’t hear anything as the windows are brand new and very stable.
Cons: Too small and only for a short stay but it was close to everything and everything worked!

Pros: L'appartement est charmant, bien équipé pour une semaine de vacances et propre. Sa situation géographique est idéale, dans un quartier vivant et animé sans être bruyant. La propriétaire a toujours été à notre écoute et réactive si besoin. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter

Very comfortable and quiet small studio apartment with excellent location in Cannes.
Pros: Simple lockbox with code - very easy to get into the building and apartment. The address was also very clearly marked on the door, which was a source of some anxiety for me leading up to the stay. The apartment itself was quiet, clean, and had fantastic air conditioning (critical for a summertime visit). When it was working, the Wifi was fast and reliable and there were plenty of plugs. The bed was very comfortable, much more than the other similar properties' beds I've experienced in Europe, and the shades kept the room fairly dark in the morning sunlight. The property managers were very responsive and helpful, fixing the wifi after a brief neighborhood-wide power outage. The location is fantastic, just up the hill from restaurants, shops, and the beach. There's a lot to like with this property!
Cons: It was mostly great - my constructive feedback is all about pretty minor issues. Entry instructions arrived on the morning of the reservation, which made me quite nervous in the days leading up to the stay (that I would arrive in Cannes without the ability to access the property). There wasn't any body soap or shampoo at the property when I got there, but the property managers quickly fixed that situation for me (only one morning without those supplies). Not all of the power outlets worked, although mostly it wasn't an issue because there were so many of them that did work. The Wifi got knocked out by a power outage, which kept me from working for an evening, but I don't think it's fair to count that against the property (it was a broader neighborhood issue as far as I'm aware and temporary). And the stairwell to the apartment is narrow and spiral, but it's very common for Europe, not that many stairs, and has a handrail, so not that big of a deal.

Pros: Logement très fonctionnel, appartement refait à neuf et bien équipé, l’emplacement est vraiment superbe nous faisions tous à pied cetais génial, et surtout au vu de la difficulté de trouver une place de parking. Pas de vis à vis en ouvrant les fenêtres. Propriétaire très réactive et très gentille merci beaucoup.
Cons: Si je peux dire juste un point négatif (selon moi) prévoir d’autre serviettes de douche, c’est juste ce petit point qui m’a dérangé de n’avoir qu’une serviette pour les 5 jours. Sinon tous au top!
