" Art Loft d'Exception " au Cœur de Cannes - 90m de Design et de Confort

A well-located, modern apartment that made exploring Cannes easy and enjoyable.

Pros: The best thing about the property was definitely the location. It’s very centrally located—just a short walk from the beach and close to everything in Cannes. We didn’t need the car at all, which was a big advantage considering the city’s traffic. The apartment itself was modern and tastefully decorated, with a nice open layout.

Cons: One evening, the entrance door broke and we couldn’t get back into the apartment. Although the host responded quickly and was very kind, it still caused some discomfort. Technicians had to come two days in a row to fix it, and we had to assist as well. Also, since the apartment is on the ground floor and has large street-facing windows, it felt a bit like staying in a shop rather than a private home. The kitchen was missing some basic utensils, which made cooking a bit difficult, and the air conditioning only worked in the kitchen—there was no functioning A/C in the hallway or bedrooms, which made the nights a bit warm.

Pros: Location, distance from beaches. amenities, transport, and grocery shops. Enough space in the loft. Modern design and well architected. Excellent host very responsive and cooperative. Superb service and flexibility.

Cons: I must start by saying it is an excellent place There was nothing, which was a big inconvenience, but I would like to provide a few suggestions to improve any guest experience. Maybe Central AC can also be made operational. Although the ones in the bedroom worked very well and were good enough for the entire house. 1 out of 3 windows shutter wasn't working. No cause of the problem.. Toilet tissues and kitchen tissues were not provided. It's not a big challenge. I just wasn't aware, so I have to rush to the supermarket on arrival. Plus, a clothes drying stand will help as there is no other place to dry clothes, so for longer stay like ours and beach vacation location it will come handy.

Cannes Stay

Pros: The location if amazing. In a very clean and calm area. The apartment is very spacious clean, with all ammenities provided. The design is very modern and nice.

Cons: The sofas in the living room are not comfortable, slippery and not suitable for sitting or lying. The rooms dont have doors.

Très bon emplacement

Pros: L’espace, la luminosité, le confort et le modernisme de l’appartement. La communication avec l’hôte très réactif

Cons: La porte d’entrée, l’aspirateur et le sèche cheveux qui ont besoins d’être remplacés.

Pros: Очень комфортный и просторный лофт. Оказался больше чем мы ожидали. Было всё необходимое для комфортного проживания.

Cons: Можно добавить крючки доя полотенец в ванной комнате.

Pros: Bonne Situation géographique , à 400 mètres de la plage et à 800 m du boulevard de la Croisette .

Cons: Pas mal de poussière , le ménage n’était pas au top. Nous avons mis un produit contre les fourmis également car il y en avait énormément dans une chambre . Sinon le reste était très bien

Un séjour luxueux et agréable dans un quartier calme.

Pros: Un loft de rêve : design d’intérieur, spacieux, très moderne et très confortable.

Cons: Certaines commodités n’étaient pas fonctionnelles durant le séjour.
