Pros: De locatie, omgeving en gebouw (zeer goede locatie en een mooi gebouw met een beheerder) Groot balkon Goed bed (slaapbank mag in geïnvesteerd worden, was niet slecht ook niet top) De keuken was compleet Goede airconditioning Goede parkeergarage onder de accommodatie

Cons: Betalen voor de parkeerplek terwijl deze bij het appartement behoort (extra verdiensten) Niet goed schoongemaakt lag veel zand Keuken was niet schoon Badkamer had een bad met douche erin, zonder afscherming (douche gordijn, wat totaal niet handig is) WC afvoer rook vies Niet alle faciliteiten die op de site benoemd zijn, waren aanwezig De eigenaar doet geen investering, dit is zeer sonde want het is een goed gelegen appartement in Cannes, in een nette, leuke omgeving, waar je de klanten beter zou mogen verwelkomen door de faciliteiten in orde te maken, zodat het verblijf aangenamer is. Beter en goed contact met de eigenaar werpt zijn vruchten af. Contact met de eigenaar is niet mogelijk. Alles loopt via een agency. Zij proberen het goede te doen.
