Pros: The location of the apartment is amazing, right in the middle of the old town near the port. We loved the decor and cleanliness of the apartment.

Cons: It was ok for a family of four with two teenage children, but be aware that it is the top floor apartment with many flights of narrow stairs

Charming and Modern Apartment in the Historic Heart of Cannes

Pros: A lovely apartment in the historic heart of Cannes—perfect for exploring and enjoying the city. The building is old, but the apartment is modern, well-renovated, and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was inside. Small details, like coffee capsules and tea bags, made our stay even better. There is no private parking, but a convenient and affordable parking lot is just 200 meters away. The host is very kind and explained us everything we might need. Highly recommend!

Pros: I was really looking forward to spending a weekend in Cannes to soak up the vibrant, festive vibe of the city. I was pleasantly surprised by the apartment. It felt like a junior suite in a five-star hotel right in the middle of all the action. The place is perfect for catching some sleep, thanks to the awesome windows and climate control. Inside, it’s got everything you could want, including a fantastic Bluetooth speaker and an amazing coffee machine.

Pros: I spent a few days in Cannes for work and found myself at the Palais des Festivals quite a bit. I really enjoyed the apartment for several reasons: 1. It was just a short walk across the square to the Palais des Festivals. 2. The place had just been modernly renovated. 3. With great windows and air conditioning, it was super quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep. 4. The coffee machine was handy. 5. The internet speed was fast to support video conferences. I’ll definitely be back! Big thanks to Antoine for the warm welcome and the restaurant recommendations.

Très bon séjour, très bonne adresse.

Pros: Localisation parfaite, appartement aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, propreté impeccable.

Cons: Seul tout petit bémol : les volets, en mauvais état et à claire-voie, ne permettant pas une bonne obscurité la nuit.

Pros: Casa molto bella e curata nel dettaglio: gli spazi sono tutti funzionali per rendere il soggiorno piacevole. In dotazione vengono fornite capsule per il caffe e in frigo abbiamo trovato acqua e una bottiglia di vino. Infissi nuovi che permettono insonorizzazione dai rumori dell'esterno e pertanto un sonno sereno, grazie anche ai letti molto comodi. In vicinanza è presente un comodo e grande parcheggio con tanta disponibilità di posti.

Vielleicht etwas zu klein für die Familie, man findet aber dann doch den Platz für alles. Schöne Lage!

Pros: Super schön eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation lief gut. Wir konnten das Gepäck früher abstellen.

Cons: Das Treppensteigen! 4te Etage ohne Fahrstuhl. Kein Platz für die nasse Wäsche. Der kleine Wäschetrockner war zu klein und zu unbequem.

Pros: Идеальные апартаменты. Свежий, дизайнерский ремонт. 2 отдельные спальни. Топовая локация, до point круазет 5 мин пешком. Рядом публичный паркинг, 2 минуты ходьбы. В апартаментах отличная система центрального кондиционирования. Все понятно с заселением, со мной связались и всё доступно объяснили. Твердые 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ вернусь однозначно!

Cons: Апартаменты на последнем этаже и это не напрягает, но не когда ты с 3-мя тяжелыми чемоданами, коляской и ребенком.

Pros: The property was immaculate - looked brand new. Great location - we were right above a family-owned Italian Coffee shop and wonderful bakery. Great views from the property and lots of restaurant choices (very) nearby. So much is walkable from this location, even the train station where you can get to a ton of great tourist locations within an hour or so. Can get to Italy in 1.5h. We also took the 15m ferry over the \

Cons: Some work to be done in the hallway leading to the suite where we stayed - not the property owner's responsibility but could use some sprucing up.
