Pros: Location was perfect. The terrace overlooking the sea was the best feature of the property, view of the promenade, gorgeous sunsets. The apartment was clean, modern , nicely furnished, plenty of seating. 3 bedrooms with large comfortable beds, nice white bedding. There were 5 adults in our party so the 2 full baths and 2 toilets were adequate.

Cons: A folder with information about the neigborhood, restaurants, local shops, things to do, would have been useful. Also instructions for dishwasher and cooktop which took 5 of us (2 engineers!) a few minutes to figure out. Could have used more than 1 bath towel and 1 small towel per person for 9 days. We were not sure about the parking situation. We were lucky enough to find a space in front of building everyday but once.

Pros: It was our third and best stay at this apartment. The level of cleanliness has increased significantly since previous visits. And the view remains - one of the best ever!

Cons: The keys have to be collected at other location, which is not very convenient.

Amazing place. I highly recommend it. Probably one of the best sea views you would find in town.

Pros: The flat is spacious and modern. The location is perfect and everything is in a walking distance. It has got an amazing view and just staying on the terrace is an exceptional experience. It is really difficult to explain with words just how good the view is and what an experience is to watch the sunrise and the sunset from there. The flat is right in front of one of the best beaches in the region (most of them are rocky but this one is sandy). I would highly recommend staying at this flat.

Cons: Only thing you need to consider is that the keys are picked up from a different location in the city so you need to carefully read the arrival instructions and plan you arrival so that you go to the key pick up location first and then the property. It is not too far away however.

brilliant location

Pros: sensational property. located directly above the beach with fabulous views. the apartment was a bit tired but very comfortable with a huge sofa. the balcony was great. two of the three bedrooms are a good size. the kitchen was well equipped. a short walk into the town Center. we had some really good meals and enjoyed the general vibe of Cannes.

Cons: the air conditioning in the lounge didn't seem to work but this could have been operator error

Amazing apartment, just dont expect any help from the hosts.

Pros: AMAZING view of the Riviera. AMAZING location. So easy to get everywhere. Quieter than on the main strip around the port. We liked it here a lot more. Better for families. The little train leaves just down the road. Ferry to islands at the same spot (2 min walk). Nice boulangerie downstairs and a nice Italian restaurant as well. Very nice beach club across the road. The apartment itself was excellent but pricey. Air con and blinds are appreciated. Very good showers.

Cons: The apartment wasn't ready when we arrived, spent ages looking for the key which wasn't there because the apartment hadn't been cleaned from the last guests (some issue with the door lock which wasn't fixed when we were there either). Was very annoying at first as we had just come from a 20+ hour flight and then had to walk around Cannes in plane clothes (tracksuit) in summer. The apartment was quickly cleaned but once we were in, the cot which I confirmed prior had not been delivered. I then had to organize my own cot, at my own expense which was extremely poor service. Bel appartement, superbe vue et terrasse

Pros: Très bel emplacement, bien situé Vue exceptionnelle Bonne literie.

Cons: Bien que propre, on a pu constater quelques vétusté. exemple : robinet de salle de bain qui be tient pas, plainte de cuisine qui sont tenues pas du scotch, mobilier un peu vieux et un peu abîmé. Dommage également que personne nous ait dit que l'on pouvez se garer au pied de l'immeuble. Cela ne nous a pas empêcher de passer un très bon moment dans cet appartement.

Väldigt bra boende, god service, magisk utsikt

Pros: Boulangerie nära, magisk utsikt från balkongen, nära till allt, från restauranger till strand!!!! Promenad avstånd till ”Croisetten”

Cons: Allt var magiskt, toppenboende, nära till allt, men ändå lite ”avskilt”. Bra kontakt med ”uthyrnings firman” under hela vistelsen, flexibla med in och ut checkings tider .

Pros: Unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Sensationeller Blick. Top Lage. Geräumig

Cons: Die Ausstattung/ Möbel sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Séjour agréable et pratique avec la mer en face et la parking inclus

Pros: La localisation, la vue et possibilité de se garer sur place.

Cons: Le mobilier vieillissant à renouveler ou à maintenir. Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas très favorable aux voyageurs
