Pros: Super lovely apartment, spacious, nice furniture. Location is great. Right on the waterfront, but in the quietest area of the Pointe Croisette. So very peaceful. Yet still waking distance, even to center of Cannes.

Beautiful location but no parking as advertised
Pros: The location is amazing, I love how close to the water it is and its on a very quiet road. It is just as the photos and key collection was easy. It's quite a long walk, but a nice walk, to Cannes centre, but there are also restaurants nearer if you don't want to go so far.
Cons: There is no parking included-which is falsely advertised on Booking.com. We were provided with the name of a car park that is 15minutes walk away. This was quite an inconvenience as we thought it was included. An iron would be useful in the room.

Pros: Tout nous a plu. Le lever du soleil visible directement depuis la chambre. Une magnifique villa romantique qui offre tout. Excellente localisation, prix abordable, propreté ! Je suis plus que satisfait. Merci.

Presque parfait!
Pros: Superbe vue surtout au lever du soleil, calme, emplacement à l‘écart du centre tout en permettant de se rendre à pied aux plages.
Cons: La lumière très forte surtout au niveau du lit (variateur ou petite lampe de chevet serait appréciable ). Absence de capsules de café pour cafetière nespresso… alors que pas de supérette ni de bistrot proche.

Pros: La posizione è qualcosa di indescrivibile, un angolo di paradiso, inoltre a dicembre il sole sorge esattamente di fronte alla finestra affacciata sul mare, entrando in camera con i suoi meravigliosi colori, spazioso, cucina ben attrezzata, balconcino con tavolino e sedie che fanno la differenza perchè sei a meno di 10 metri dal mare. bagno piccolo ma funzionale. letto comodo, bel divano e pure comodo, ottima aria condizionata che fa anche da riscaldamento. la casa dove si trova il monolocale è veramente bella, una proprietà frazionata in piu' appartamenti con piu' entrate, e tutto intorno un grange giardino.
Cons: l'esterno della casa è in totale abbandono, peccato perchè il giardino sarebbe fantastico se almeno tagliassero l'erba. la tinteggiatura delle parati della scala d'entrata è vecchia e macchiata, e c'è un cattivo odore di muffa e la scala è sporca, ma qui credo sia un problema di manutenzione della struttura che di fatto ha piu' appartamenti e quindi proprietari, all'interno del monolocale la puzza non si sente, e le pareti sono di recente tinteggiatura e pulite.

Pros: Die Unterkunft war spitze! Super Lage traumhafter Ausblick. Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Unterkunft das wurde von der Eigentümerin aber sofort gelöst, alles in allem Spitzenmäßig.
Cons: Ich glaube aus der Unterkunft könnte man noch etwas mehr rausholen! Der Fernseher war leider kaputt und das Treppenhaus war ein wenig kalt. Ich würde aber sagen das sind Luxusprobleme.

Wunderschön - aber bitte darauf achten das Batterein in der Fernbedienung voll sind.
Pros: Wunderbares Zimmer! Sehr schöne Aussicht! Tolle Lage! Tolle Ausstattung! Schönes Haus.
Cons: Fernbedienung für Tür funktionierte nicht. Kontakt mit Vermieter war möglich, jedoch konnte man mir nicht helfen. Ein Nachbar hatte uns seine zweite Fernbedienung geliehen.
