parfait pour le festival du film

Pros: Appartement très bien placé, confortable et relativement spacieux, à côté de la gare, très proche du Palais des Festivals mais au calme malgré l'agitation de la ville en cette période de festival du film. L'immeuble est à côté de la voie rapide, mais l'appartement donne de l'autre côté et on n'entend pas du tout cette dernière. Petit balcon agréable pour un café le matin ou prendre des appels au soleil. Problème de clés le matin avant notre arrivée, et plus de boîte à clés à cause des occupants précédents, mais solution trouvée rapidement et quelqu'un nous attendait à la gare pour nous remettre les clés en mains propres à la descente du train. Merci beaucoup Karine ! Expérience fluide, échanges faciles et agréables.

Cons: Histoire de trouver des défauts : fer à repasser mystérieusement absent, alors qu'il y avait bien dans le placard une petite table à repasser et un gobelet de remplissage ? Et cafetière de type Tassimo, qui fait des cafés pas terribles... mais c'est du détail.
