Pros: Excellent apartment very clean very close to the city you can walk everywhere very close to the supermarket very close to the best shops and very close to the beaches ! just amazing!

A stunning apartment in the centre of Cannes

Pros: Great location, the flat is comfortable, clean with a lovely terrace. One bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, which is great for friends. Nearby there are all the necessary shops and market.

Beautiful apartment for holidays stay

Pros: The host met us in person after 10pm, helped with free underground parking, passed the keys and showed the property. Luca is a wonderful host with a professional and friendly attitude, he let us check out later than the initially agreed time and was exceptionally kind to us during the whole stay time. I'd definitely choose this property to stay in Cannes next time I visit the city. The property benefits I'd mention: Secured underground parking; Perfect location; New furniture; Air conditioning; Nice kitchen equipment; Professional and responsive host; Huge balcony

Pros: The apartment is very clean and well maintained. It has enough space for four people thanks to the sofa bed. Luca the host is very friendly and accommodating. The air conditioning is a big plus as it cools well without making a draft.

Cons: Although the kitchen is fully functional, a few handles and covers still need to be fitted. We left a grater and a vegetable peeler for the setup.

Cons: Alcuni piccoli dettagli - cucina priva di forno a microonde e di biancheria da Cucina - rubinetto cucina non ben fissato - luci nel bagno un po' fioche - letto privo di luci da comodino

Pros: Appartamento spazioso e luminoso con tutti i confort. Un bel terrazzo con poltroncine e tavolino. Posto auto in garage accessibile in ascensore direttamente dal piano

Excellent emplacement dans Cannes

Pros: L'emplacement de l'appartement très proche de la gare et du centre ville, résidence sécurisée avec place de parking souterrain, la disponibilité de Luca pour la remise des clés!

Cons: Manque une couette un peu chaude pour les frileux!

Pros: Apartament w świetnej lokalizacji , prywatne miejsce parkingowe, elastyczne godziny zameldowania i sympatyczny i pomocny gospodarz, psy są akceptowane bez żadnych kosztów, klimatyzacja , pare minut spaceru do dużego marketu gdzie kupisz wszystko czego potrzebujesz, duży taras .

Cons: Mało przyborów kuchennych , szklanek itd. Klamka w drzwiach łazienkowych niestety zepsuta, zmywarka nie była zamontowana więc trzeba było uważać przy wkładaniu naczyń
