Pros: I had a pleasant experience at the apartment, and the location is excellent, situated just behind the Martinez Hotel and a few minutes away from the famous beach La Croisette. The apartment is well-equipped, with plenty of utensils, plates, pots, pans, and a coffee maker. One aspect I would mention is the size of the refrigerator, which is a bit small. Additionally, while I did not have any issues with the kitchen, I recommend washing the dishes before use, as there is no dishwasher, and each guest is responsible for cleaning according to their own standards. Communication with the owner was quite good, even though I was initially skeptical because the contact number was from Madagascar.

Cons: The apartment itself is spacious, but the windows do not provide good insulation, so I suggest bringing earplugs if you are sensitive to noise while sleeping. One thing that bothered me was the smell of the bedding, which seemed to have a musty odor, probably due to improper drying or non-professional washing.

Pros: It was near the beach and the center of cannes. Everything was clean and the apartment contained all the essentials for our stay.

Cons: It was a bit noisy

Pros: the apartments are very comfortable, really 3 minutes and you are on the beach. We were on holiday with children and were pleasantly surprised by the board games in the apartments, small beach accessories, which diversified our holiday. Many shops nearby, both small and a large supermarket. Everything is within walking distance of 5-10 minutes.

Pros: We had a lovely stay at this well-maintained apartment in Cannes. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. We especially appreciated the small touches like the board games, which were great for family evenings. The location was excellent — just a short walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to the nearest supermarket. It was a great base for exploring the area. Highly recommended!

Pros: Excellent facilities next to beach and centre of Cannes, exceptional host Jean Noel who kept checking we were OK before we arrived and during our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again !

Pros: The apartment is nicely renovated old flat. There’s everything you need inside including some beach stuff. It’s just 3 minutes walking to the public beach. We loved this!!

Cons: Someone may be missing the AC.
