Great stay in Cannes, Recommended.

Pros: Great Apartment, It located very central and close to the beach and commercial areas. Keys were easy to collect from lockbox and access to the apartment was easy as there was lift. Apartment is cosy and we barely used any heating. Host was great at communicating and helpful.

Cons: Kitchen could be organized a bit better, Not the best kitchen in terms of utensils and pots if you want to cook youself. Cleaning supplies were a bit limited too.

Nice apartment close to Palais des Festivals

Pros: The apartment were great and quite spacious. Of course room with two beds is really small and more suitable for children then adults. Location is really close to Palais des Festivals which was the main advantage for us. Even located near bars, the apartment is really quite and you cannot her any noice from the street. I really recommend!

Cons: There was nothing really bad with the apartment. Just that is pity that you have to take out garbage by yourself. There would not be a problem but the garbage place is hard to find and not close to the apartment. Also there was requirement to wash and tidy the dishes before check out which i believe should not be a problem for a housekeeper to do. These are small things but could definitely improve.

Perfect apartment!

Pros: Great location, close to bus/train station, beach and shops. Very homely feel to the apartment, had everything we needed. The owners are amazingly friendly and helpful if you have any questions.

Great location and adequate apartment for a short stay.

Pros: Clean and well presented. Balcony was fantastic and air con in main bedroom was great.

Cons: 2nd bedroom was very small and not really suitable for anyone other than a child. Air con in living room was poor and didn’t really work at all. Lack of some kitchen utensils

Pros: Die Lage war hervorragend. Werde die gleiche Wohnung nochmal buchen. Die Kommunikation mit der Dame der Immobilienvervaltung war hervorragend.

Pros: The property was clean and modern as well as very comfortable but the best thing would have to be its location. It is very close to the train station of Gare and barely 10 minutes walk to the beach. From the train station you can easily catch a 20-40 minutes train to the cities of Nice or Monte Carlo
