Very nice place, could recommend

Pros: Quiet and safe sourroundings. Big and spacious terrace outside the appartment. Very nice host, and much appricated that we where granted a late check-out.

Cons: I knew this was a studio appartment when I booked it, still, it was a little small and the beds where ok, but not very comfortable. I really missed an AC, but also knew that it was not provided before I booked.

Pros: The residential complex is quiet, you have free access to the swimming pool and tennis court. The owner is kind and gave us all the necessary information for the stay. Free and safe parking in the basement with card access

Cons: There is no air conditioning. Maybe a much more comfortable bed mattress. It's a subjective opinion - the mattress has a hard firmness

Pros: Excelente apartamento em Cannes! Muito bem cuidado, aconchegante e com todos os detalhes pensados para proporcionar conforto. A localização é ótima: em uma área tranquila, perfeita para descansar, e ao mesmo tempo fica a apenas 30 minutos de caminhada agradável até o centro da cidade. Ideal para quem busca um equilíbrio entre sossego e fácil acesso às atrações de Cannes. A Cozinha e equipada com todos utensílios necessários para cozinhar ,em geral uma ótima escolha e a anfitriã muito simpática.

Pros: Everything was perfect. Very clean great location , nice outdoor patio, nice facilities the pool was amazing. Host was very accommodating and nice, We will love to stay there again.

Cons: When you are outside neighbor can ear you speak but I guess that normal in appartment.
