Centralt läge med gott om utrymme

Pros: En centralt boende med närhet till det mesta i Cannes. En socialt och stort vardagsrum. Bra utrymmen. Lite bohemisk stil. Okomplicerad in- och utcheckning. Luftkonditionering. Parkeringsgaraget Suquet Forville med entre från rue Forville ligger på behändigt avstånd. Lägenheten ligger på tre våningar längst upp i huset, för att komma dit behöver man gå upp ett par trappor (utan hiss).

Cons: Vi gillar att lagat mat själva och skulle gärna vilja ha ett mer komplett och genomtänkt kök med tillhörande utrustning. En del av inredningen behöver en uppdatering och/eller lagas.
