Pros: Bilocale accogliente, ben organizzato e dotato di tutto necessario, AC presente in entrambe le stanze.

Cons: Il letto matrimoniale molto scomodo, con le doghe rotte che creavano dei grossi sprofondamenti mentre distesi,in più il letto composto di 2 materassi da una piazza che lasciava un grande spazio in mezzo. Un'altro importante disagio era il fatto che l'edificio non è dotato di ascensore, quindi il terzo piano di scale ripide, rendeva faticosa la salita. Sarebbe utile specificare questo dettaglio, visto che il palazzo aveva ancora altri piani
