It fully met the needs of my stay in Cannes and was very easy to deal with

Pros: Nice location on the outskirts of the town centre but with 5 minutes walk. Good facilities such as restaurants, cafes and bars right on the doorstep

Cons: Nowhere to keep a towel for the sink in the toilet

I highly recommend this beautiful apartment in the heart of Cannes! The terrace is Must To Be in!)

Pros: Sylvie was sooo nice property agent to talk to , to explain everything about the flat and to give me the keys ! Location is between the most beautiful areas in Cannes! Location is golden middle ! I especially enjoyed apartment’s terrace , it is huge and French style very atmospheric with big table to enjoy the meal outside . Also bedroom and living room and kitchen had everything that I needed and enough cupboards and enough space ! I highly recommend this apartment !

Pros: Location, plate for temporaly parking to unload/load, apartment decoration and layout, balcony, sound isolation, closness to the beach, town center and boat show and good paid parking nearby.

Cons: To colect keys after working hours you need to travel 3 km away from apartment. Not a problem if you are with a car, but if you arrive by a train it is problematic.

Ottima posizione, bell'appartamento!

Pros: La posizione meravigliosa, l'appartamento nuovo per la maggior parte.

Cons: Credo ci siano molti appartamenti e dalla foto credevo fosse ad un piano alto, invece eravamo al primo piano con un bellissimo terrazzo ma circondato da edifici.

Zweckmäßiges Appartement in top Lage

Pros: Die Lage ist top, direkt am Hafen und gleich am Strand. Das Appartement war sauber und ist wie abgebildet, recht nüchtern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir hatten eine Waschmaschine, dafür aber keine Spülmaschine. Unser Balkon war schön und groß genug, so dass wir gut draußen essen konnten.

Cons: Der Eingangsbereich liegt in einem nicht besonders gepflegten Innenhof.
