Pros: Lovely location walk of about 30 minutes to the centre which was perfect for MIPIM. I was a female alone but felt super safe in the building and it was great to have everything I needed to hand, the apartment was very clean and enough space for one person

Cons: Would be good to let visitors know where the nearest shop is to get supplies from as I had to wonder round to find out. I would have also of liked a kettle and had to boil water in a pan.

Pros: Die Lage ist sehr gut, nette Nachbarschaft, in 2 Min an einem Strand bzw. Promenade. Parken in der Straße möglich. Der Balkon ist schön groß und breit - eher eine Loggia und zweites Wohnzimmer im Sommer mit angenehmen Ausblick und Abendsonne. Schön ruhig auch. Die Krippe wurde neu angeschafft.

Cons: Die Kleinigkeiten: Kein Speiseöl, kein Salz,Pfeffer, kein Toilettenpapier, kein scharfes Messer im Land von Bocuse. Nichts. Hat mich stark an die 80s und 90s erinnert, wo es in Ferienwohnungen auch keine Aufmerksamkeiten gab und man alles mitbringen musste. Die Küchenausstattung verleitet zum Restaurantbesuch. Tesafilm ersetzt auch nicht die Reparatur auf Dauer. U.a. Duschgriffe damit repariert. Schalter der Abzugshaube durch einen Lollystick ersetzt. Waschmaschine kaputt, die Spülmaschine macht nicht mehr lange...hat mich echt gewundert dass so einfache Dinge nicht repariert werden.
