Pros: The host was friendly and met us late at night to drop off the keys when we arrived after our flight was delayed, and explained how all the doors and entry fob worked. The studio apartment was great, lovely and roomy, air-conditioned and perfect for our work trip.

Cons: It was tricky to get hold of the host when our flight was delayed - we sent a few emails letting him know we'd be late but didn't hear back. There were also issues with the Booking.com phone number link so it took us a while to successfully get through to the host, which meant we were waiting outside the apartment for about 20+ minutes to get the keys handed over.

Great value for money.

Pros: Everything was easy to access within a 10 minute walk. Shops cafes close to the apartment.

Pros: Utilizing Google Maps for location information and maintaining consistent communication with our agent significantly contributed to a seamless and stress-free experience during our stay.

Cons: Il bagno ha necessità di ristrutturazione, doccia ampia ma scomoda la tendina.

Pros: Мы здесь не первый раз. Мне нравится расположение. До маркеров 5 7 мин, до Антиб 10, до жд станции 15. Номер просторный со всем необходимым включая мощный кондиционер

Cons: Шумно утром при вывозе мусора - неизбежное зло для этих апп. Всегда ждём принимающую сторону, но говорят для Франции это (comme il faut )

Pros: Piccolo monolocale in posizione eccellente per visitare il centro di Cannes.

Cons: Assenza di poggioli e ascensore microscopico

Excellent rapport qualité prix!

Pros: Le rapport qualité prix imbattable, l'équipement de l'appartement, les petites attentions comme gel douche/shampoing, la sécurité de la résidence, la situation géographique par rapport au centre et aux petits commerces de proximité, la confiance du propriétaire.

Cons: L'absence de parking. J'ai réservé cet hébergement en partie pour la place de stationnement gratuite comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Hors il n'est pas précisé que c'est du stationnement libre et gratuit dans la rue. Disons que l'information sur le stationnement laisse penser qu'il y a une place attribuée aux locataires. Rien de grave mais il n'y a quasiment jamais de place libre dehors...

Pros: Tenía todo lo necesario, utensilios de cocina, platos, vasos, cafetera, hervidor, tostadora, toallas, shampoo, lavarropas, lo que necesites. El alojamiento estaba cerca de la playa y también de la estación de trenes donde osan casi todos los buses

Pros: Понравилось в целом все. Марк лаконичен и пунктуален. Просторно. Останавливаемся здесь второй раз. Аппартаменты стали комфортнее, кондиционер это несомненный плюс.

Cons: Мусорная машина в 5-30 несмотря на новые с двойным стеклопакетом окна, несколько досаждает.
