Perfect location to enjoy Nice

Pros: Very centrally located. Beach, port, train station: all is easy to reach by foot. Apartment is not big, but comfortable, clean and modern. Windows cut out street noise very good: no issues with sleeping. Pleasant host, easy check-in and out (key box). You can cook yourself or enjoy plenty of cafes and restaurants just outside the door. The supermarket is in front of the building. Airconditioning was working perfect. Stairs were comfortable.

Cons: Yes, it is on the 4th floor without an elevator, but it is written in the description, so we knew and we were ready. It is an old town area and old building. So, you cannot wait for modern solutions. Stairs were comfortable and it is healthy to have some sport.
