Pros: Appartement idéalement bien situé, à deux pas du palais des festivals l’appartement étais impeccable, l’ôte est très agréable, ponctuel et à l’écoute. Une caution de 2000 € en espèces est demandée, mais restituer, sans aucun problèmes Je recommande, je reviendrai.

I definitely recommend Xavier’s place and I will come back.

Pros: It is very small and simple apartment but has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Above all it has a perfect location and a very nice, sweet and helpful owner Xavier. Xavier takes a deposit of 2000 eur upom arival but in case no damage is done to the place, he pays back every cent. 👌
