a well located apartment not far from the Croisette Beach

Pros: The apartment is of a good size for up to two people. The sofa also turns into a large bed, but I didn't try that option. There's a cute little balcony. Very nice and very quiet air conditioning makes for a good night's sleeping. The host was very responsive all the time.

Cons: the apartment is rather close to a busy road, so during the day there may be some noises. Also the train track is right next to the road. But thankfully during nights it is quiet.

Pros: This is a lovely good sized apartment in a great location with easy access to beach, shopping & train station.

Cons: There are few small things that have given host feedback which would take it to a 10

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this apartment located just a short walk from the sea. The location is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the beach and relax in a peaceful setting. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. One of the highlights of our stay was the owner, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment. !

Pros: The flat is great.. It’s like a feel at home getaway.. Perfect location as well. And super friendly owner.. We will be back for sure!

Comfortable stay

Pros: The apartment itself was spacious and clean, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. I was particularly impressed with the ample parking available nearby, which was very convenient for those traveling by car. The host was incredibly kind and easy to communicate with, responding quickly to all my inquiries. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and I enjoyed being just a few minutes from the Promenade. Overall, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay in this apartment.

Good location, very clean end equipped

Pros: First of all kudos to the contact person Julien for the comprehensive check-in and check-out instructions as well as availability for additional information. The apartment is in a very good location, 5 minutes walk to the Croisette and the beach. Even the free parking on the street on both sides of the building was not so problematic during 14/14 days. The apartment itself is very spacious and extremely clean. It also contains more than necessary items in the kitchen and bathroom as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. Two air conditioners in both the living room and the bedroom were helpful. A nice terrace with a wonderful view of the Cannes fireworks! I hope to stay at the same place again.

Pros: Appartement very clean..fully equipped with all basic products needed in the kitchen and the bathroom..very well located, 300m from croisette. Really, price/ quality a great place.. And thanks for our host reactivity..

Perfect location and very comfortable

Pros: We really appreciated the apartment, the location not far away from the croisette, the bootle of red wine and water in the fridge, some coffee to start with and the uncomplicated communication with Dominique and Julien. A clear recommendation, thanks for having us.
