Pros: A plus to the location is the distance to the sea, the center and the train station. Also useful was the dishwasher and the washing machine.

Cons: The apartment needs improvements, unpleasant smell at the entrance to the house, the windows are a bit hard to close and the bathroom door does not close properly. Continuous noise from outside both late at night (from the terraces in the area) and early in the morning (freight trucks and those collecting garbage).
