Wonderfull view and private residence

Pros: The view over Cannes and the sea is stunning. The appartment is big. The garden is beautifull and well kept. The people living in the residence were all so kind. The pool was wonderfull. Easy and short ride to a beach and to the center. Carrefour supermarket in walking distance.

Cons: There is very little sun on the balcony. No matter the time of day. The picture from the balcony is misleading when it comes to sun. If you have a walking disabillity the area around the appartment can be challing since it is steep and hilly and there are many steps. The path to the pool is through the garden. Though you cant se the traffic you can hear it. It was not a problem but if it is an issue be aware.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem Wohnung!

Pros: Die Wohnung war einfach perfekt! Die Lage ist unschlagbar – nur wenige Minuten zum Strand, zur Altstadt und zur Promenade. Alles war sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Absolut empfehlenswert! 🤗🤗🤗

En god lejlighed og et personale/udlejningsbureau der dumper i serviceniveau.

Pros: Lejligheden fremstod pæn, godt udstyret og har en fantastisk altan med udsigt til havet. Hvis lejligheden skulle have 10 ud af 10 point og ikke kun 9 ud af 10 point, så skulle der være stole eller lignende til rådighed til brug nede ved poolen samt aircondition i hele lejligheden.

Cons: Udlejningsbureauet fremstod urimelige i deres tillægsydelser/priser. Det handlede mere om profit end lysten til, at give kunden en god oplevelse. Ved udtjekning/afrejse fra lejligheden mødte de ikke op, så vi stod og ventede forgæves. Jeg vil give udlejningsbureauet 3 ud af 10 point. Udlejningsbureauet dumper helt klart.
