Fantastic view, great location, parking, but old and to be renewd.

Pros: Location and view are just wonderful, and great the parking right in the courtyard. Livingroom with kitchen are ample with a wonderful view on the bay.

Cons: The equippment is quite poor, the furniture is rather old style and old itself, bed is not that confortable, pillows to be renewd, etc etc etc

Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen…

Pros: Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Cannes. Das Appartement befindet sich in einem sehr schönen Palast, mit privatem Tor, man kommt nur mit einem Code rein. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Und die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock. Gepflegte Anlage. Die Aussicht war einfach wunderschön. Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage dort. Strand und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Zu Fuß alles erreichbar. Tolle Geschäfte und Restaurants.

Cons: Der Fahrstuhl ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber alles kein Problem.

Fabulous, don’t hesitate!

Pros: Spacious top floor apartment in a beautiful former palace hotel secured in landscaped gardens behind a gate. Jaw-dropping panoramic Mediterranean and coastal views. Lovely neighborhood, VERY quiet, easy for driving and parking, two full modern bathrooms with enclosed showers. Wonderful host greets you and explains everything. Literally couldn’t have wished for anything better and would return in a heartbeat!

Cons: If I had to nitpick, a dishwasher would be a nice addition. There is a washer AND a dryer, which was prioritized over a dishwasher, an unusual choice in Europe.

Pros: Apartamentul este foarte spațios, cu o priveliște extrem de frumoasă. Foarte aproape de plaja. Pentru noi a contat ca am avut 2 băi, extrem de util. Bucătăria mare și complet utilata. Grădina compexului este frumoasa și cu locuri suficiente de parcare. Chris a fost fost amabil. Ne a așteptat și ne a dat multe detalii. Mulțumim!

Super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, große, helle Wohnung mit Meerblick

Pros: Das Haus ist traumhaft schön! Die Wohnung is groß, hell, die Aussicht aus der fünften Etage ist atemberaubend. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze direkt vor dem Eingang. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist großzügig, man fährt durch einen sehr gepflegten Park. Das Tor schließt automatisch, das Auto ist also safe. Christophe war sehr freundlich und hat uns auf Englisch alles erklärt.

Cons: Der Aufzug ist beängstigend alt, so etwas haben wir noch nie gesehen. Es dürfen maximal drei normalgewichtige Personen ohne Gepäck rein. Keine Klimaanlage.
