einfach herrlich

Pros: ausgezeichnete Lage. Ca. 10 Minuten Fussmarsch vom Bahnhof, hervorragend. Das Fenster zur Strasse besser geschlossen halten, dann ist es ruhiger. Man kann das Küchenfenster zum Hof offen lassen. Und nicht vergessen von wegen Lärm, man ist sehr zentral in einer Stadt !! Altstadt, Märkte, Restaurants und Café für Frühstück alles zu Fuss in max. 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Cons: keine Negativpunkte
