Welcoming Apartment with parking - Croisette

Very nice apartment to stay

Pros: Location, balcony view, a/c, parking space is nice. Close to everywhere including a beau tiful beach.

Cons: They charged us 500 EUR deposit. They didn't touched the money and returned back. But I think 500 EUR is a little bit much for such kind of a stay. Furnitures and materials in the house needed to be checked/repaired.

Perfect

Pros: It was near the beach and the centre, really offering location. The terrace was nice for evening times.

Cons: The kitchen had 2 chairs, but the apartment was advertised for 4 people.

It was a wonderful week

Pros: The appartment was very clean and in a very good condition. We really enjoyed our weekend

Ottima la posizione e il prezzo dell'affitto

Pros: Posizione vicina a più spiagge con ampie aree verdi. Utili la lavatrice e la lavastoviglie. Bello il terrazzino. Comoda la doccia. 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Cannes. Animali domestici ammessi senza costi aggiuntivi. Rapporto qualità prezzo. Cambi di lenzuola e asciugamani puliti in abbondanza. Parcheggio gratuito interno al condominio (attenzione ai posti davanti all'ingresso del condominio che sono riservati, anche se non c'è nessun cartello che lo indica).

Cons: La pulizia non impeccabile. La mancanza di una scopa per pulire il pavimento (l'abbiamo chiesta ma non è arrivata). L'appartamento sarebbe un po' da sistemare negli arredi. La tapparella del bagno che non scendeva (abbiamo chiesto se ci fosse un telecomando o un pulsante, ma non ci hanno saputo fornire indicazioni; la finestra del bagno aveva i vetri trasparenti). Ci hanno dato un solo mazzo di chiavi, senza fornire il riferimento sul citofono; se usciva solo una persona da casa, doveva portarsi dietro le chiavi per poter rientrare.

Pros: Pratique, facile à déplacer, dispose d'un parking. L'appartement a tout!!

Pros: La posizione. E i plus della casa come lavatrice, ferro da stiro, lavastoviglie e i tanti cambi di lenzuola e asciugamani

Cons: Qualche piatto era un po' sporco quando siamo arrivati

Pros: Tout était très bien. Bien placé. agréable . bel appartement. La personne qui loue est à l'écoute et réactif.

Pros: Nous avons adoré l'agencement de l'appartement, son emplacement exceptionnel, son lit et son canapé lit très grands et très confortables, sa tranquillité, sa proximité à pied de la mer. Nous avons également grandement apprécié la climatisation très silencieuse et performante, la luminosité de l'appartement, la vue sur le jardin et un coin de mer, sa terrasse très agréable avec fauteuils et table.

Pros: Bonjour. L emplacement du logement à cannes. La résidence privé nickel pour le parking. L aménagement de l appart, ce qu il faut pour notre séjour Propriétaire au top, transmis les infos pour accéder au logement et a répondu à nos questions

Strandferien🌞

Pros: Wir waren als Familie 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kindern mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Der Parkplatz war abgeschlossen, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Wohnung befindet sich ca 10 Minuten von den Stränden. In der Nähe ca 5 min gibt es einen Lebensmittelladen und eine Metzgerei, wo kann man fixfertige Gerichte kaufen. Zum Zentrum von Cannes ist es zu Fuss ca 20 Minuten, dort befinden sich viele Restaurants und Bars. Wir haben unsere Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Cons: Nichts
