Pros: This was our second time staying in this apartment, and once again we were convinced of how comfortable it is. I’ve already mentioned that the apartment is equipped with absolutely everything you might need. It has a modern design, a fresh renovation, and brand-new appliances. One of its main advantages is the open veranda and the location. Shopping is just a 15-minute walk away, and the park and best beaches are within 5–10 minutes on foot. The nearby pastry shop, bakery with fresh bread, and excellent deli just five minutes away make eating at home (on the cozy veranda) an absolute pleasure. The host is incredibly polite and always available. The self check-in system allows you to arrive at any time. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment only because I’d like to keep it from becoming too popular and hard to book — but my honesty and integrity don’t allow me to do that!)) Pros: Location and cleanless and own patio ,interior was excellent.You can find whaevwr you need at the property.Easy to park and no additional cost .They ve just renovated the flat so it was really tasteful interiors and it was very good for value as well.Close to best part of the town and all the shops ,beaches and most famous high st and Palm Beach. Patio was very good size and well designed,i really enjoyed and spent lots of time there. Will definitely stay again .Host was very nice and friendly.

Great place for a family vacation

Pros: The place was spacious and the terrace was fantastic! We used it every day. Location is great, close to the beaches and close to city centre, yet away enough from the noise and business of the central streets. The rooms were large and all necessary amenities were there. We travelled with 2 kids and it was great, even a high chair and bed sheets for baby were available. Would def recommend and come back again! Easy to contact the host, check in and check out super easy. We loved it🥰

Pros: The accomodation was perfect, location perfect and was close to beach, shops and parking was also available. Host was easily reachable over the phone. Perfect location for Canne.

Soggiorno molto piacevole, appartamento ampio e confortevole in posizione strategica e tranquilla

Pros: Posizione davvero strategica in una zona tranquilla e residenziale, con buona disponibilità di parcheggi non a pagamento nelle immediate vicinanze. Comodissima la presenza di una boulangerie e di un piccolo supermercato a due passi. La struttura si trova a pochissima distanza dal Boulevard de la Croisette e dai giardini della Roseraie (Skatepark de la Roseraie), facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Appartamento molto ampio e confortevole, con una grande terrazza attrezzata che dà direttamente sulla strada ma risulta ben protetta da occhi indiscreti grazie alla siepe; soluzione particolarmente pratica anche per caricare e scaricare i bagagli senza dover entrare nel cortile con l’auto. Bagno finestrato, spazioso e funzionale con doccia. Camera da letto molto grande con accesso diretto alla terrazza. Soggiorno ampio, accogliente e luminoso, anch’esso con accesso diretto alla terrazza. Comunicazione con l’host eccellente: sempre disponibile e rapido nelle risposte via telefono e WhatsApp.

Cons: In cucina abbiamo trovato piatti, bicchieri e stoviglie sporchi nei ripiani ed è stato necessario lavare tutto prima dell’utilizzo. Sarebbe utile prevedere contenitori separati per la raccolta differenziata. L’illuminazione in camera e in soggiorno è piuttosto bassa: qualche watt in più migliorerebbe il comfort. Per riporre gli abiti è presente solo un piccolo armadio all’ingresso, utilizzato anche per aspirapolvere e scope, con conseguente presenza di polvere e quindi poco sfruttabile.

Pros: Het is een ruim appartement en mooi en rustig ingericht, ook een fijn bed. Helaas was het weer niet goed genoeg om gebruik te maken van de tuin.

Cons: Het appartement is wat gehorig, je hoort de buren en straat geluiden. De eerste avond wilden we koken maar de inductieplaat werkte niet, aantal instructies gekregen maar het lukte ons niet om het te fixen en heeft het de rest van ons verblijf niet gedaan. We hadden gehoopt dat de contactpersoon wel iemand zou regelen om het te maken, maar helaas, en je wil er in je vakantie ook niet constant mee bezig zijn, dus uiteindelijk hebben we ons er maar bij neergelegd dat we niet konden koken.
