Pros: Friendly reception location, proximity to sea, restaurants busses into yiwn

Cons: Can’t think of anything to make our stay better it was perfect

Superb location and extremely well-equipped modern apartment within tired block but well managed

Pros: Location great - near shops and all facilities Apartment was well serviced internally and block was generally clean and tidy Pascale (concierge) was excellent and very friendly.

Cons: The actual block was dated and the outside facilities were not that pretty - it is obviously a mixture of permanent residential and rented properties The sofa in the living room was not that comfortable for long periods of sitting (as it's a bed-settee!) The ceiling in the bathroom needs some slight attention (re-decoration) after previous water damage

Fantastic apartment, brilliant parking, lovely host

Pros: Beautiful apartment and spotlessly clean, has everything you could want and Pascale who was our host was fantastic and so helpful, the parking is brilliant and very safe

Cons: The location is a long way from Cannes at least 45 minutes walk so if you want to go out and have a meal and a drink you have to drive back, there are no nice restaurants near the apartment which is such a shame, we drove to Cannes and Monaco and would definitely use the apartment again as we now know what to expect

Pros: The apartement has absolutely everything you need for a pleasent vacation! AC works perfectly, gorgeous view, kitchen is well equipped. Its superclose to the beach and has two pool areas on site as well. Safe parking in a garage, huge plus! We loved staying here :)

Cons: The only minus is perhaps Boca as an area, and the fact that the train is right in front (after a day you hardly notice though!) But if you have a car or is able to hop on bus/train (which is also very close and convenient), there is little to no problem living here.

Bel appartement

Pros: Bel emplacement, propreté, l'accueil et la place de parking et l’autorisation du chien.

Cons: Le train qui passe mais personnellement cela ne nous a pas trop gêné.

Nádherný a dobře vybavený apartmán

Pros: Velmi milá paní majitelka, která nám ukázala vše potřebné a pomohla nám když jsme řešili menší problém s parkováním v garáži. Apartmán byl krásný a prostorný. Moc hezká kuchyň a hlavně opravdu dobře vybavená! Takto vybavenou kuchyň jsme nikde ještě neměli. Všechno bylo čisté a moc pěkné. Měli jsme útulný balkon s nádherným výhledem (ani nás nijak nerušil vlak, který jezdí okolo). Mohli jsme využívat 2 bazény v areálu, které byly pěkné, je zde i tobogán pro děti do 13 let. V okolí jsme měli pekárnu, potraviny, restaurace. Do centra Cannes odjížděl autobus kousek od budovy nebo se dalo jít pěšky cca 40 minut podél moře. Pláž byla pěkná, ale někdy bohužel naplavené řasy a studenější voda.

Cons: Přísnější pravidla u bazénu (děti si nesměly házet s míčem, nemohli jsme si otočit lehátko...).

Pros: dobrze wyposażony apartament z ładnym widokiem na morze, w dużym kompleksie z basenami, blisko do plaży i sklepów, czysto i wygodnie, bezpłatny parking w hali garażowej

Cons: do miasta dosyć daleko ale nie było to dla Nas najważniejsze i widzieliśmy jakie są odległości, uber 10-12 euro w jedną stronę co dało 3 euro na osobę

Soddisfatta

Pros: L'appartamento è esattamente come nelle immagini. Pulito e ben attrezzato. Vicino al mare e a diversi supermercati, bar, ristoranti.

Cons: Purtroppo è inserito in una struttura un po' vecchiotta e piuttosto distante dal centro (40 minuti a piedi). Quando ho prenotato non mi ero resa conto della posizione.
