Pros: The apartment is located 3 minutes from the main boulevard, making it very easy to get to one of the two nearby sandy beaches. The location is very clean, has functional air conditioning and the kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to prepare food. The location is in a residential complex, with private parking and with card-based access. There are shops nearby, and the area is quiet.

Lovely area with the best beaches in Cannes with a view of the Island.

Pros: The location couldn't of been any better where you had 6 beaches to choose from. There were enough shops and restaurants close by you didn't need to go into the town for anything. The train station was only a short bus ride away and there was a regular bus service that ran up to 8:30 in the evening and then a night bus ran after that.

Cons: I don't think there wasn't anything we didn't like.

Highly recommended apartment if you want to stay close to Cannes main places but want to feel a bit apart. The sunrises

Pros: Private territory. Five minutes to both beaches. Nearby the park. Very clean and tidy stylish apartment. You literally have everything you need, even fumigator from mosquitos. Absolutely suitable for the family. Good to stay at all seasons.

Cons: If you are with kids, especially little ones, the balcony is rather dangerous.
