All I needed in a flat.

Pros: The flat is on the sixth floor so it quiet, it is very light and airy indeed and has great views. The flat is large, well stocked and well located. Having attended MIPIM in Cannes probably 25 times, this flat is definitely on my “ I would stay again” list. Efficient and friendly on time check in and easy check out.

Cons: The property and its decor is somewhat dated but this in an observation rather than a criticism. It is rather quaint but in very good condition and as I say above, I would stay here again, the best test.

Bellessimo appartamento in centro e con meraviglioso belvedere

Pros: Ottima la posizione e il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Appartamento abbastanza grande e con una bellissima vista sul mare e sulla città

Cons: Purtroppo a Cannes c’è molto traffico e viene in vacanza tanta gente incivile che suona il clacson anche alle 3 di notte. Nell’appartamento andrebbe tolta la vasca da bagno che è un po’ vecchia

Pros: Host Olga stond ons al op wachten bij aankomst, perfecte ontvangst! Ze heeft nog een extra sleutel voor ons geregeld. De toiletdeur ging kapot tijdens ons verblijf en dit was binnen een paar uur opgelost.

Cons: het koffiezetapparaat lekte en was van matige kwaliteit. De douche was heel onhandig omdat je er niet onder kon staan: de douche kon je niet ophangen.
