Fantastic and great location

Pros: We thought the accommodation was very good, there was everything we needed, clean and tidy and a very quiet location on the pedestrian street. The location was fantastic, you could get to the pedestrian streets in the old town, with a lot of shops directly, even the market hall was very close. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly, and Lucas our host was very nice in our contact. We were very satisfied and can really recommend this accommodation.

Exceeded my expectation with new fittings and slick design

Pros: The extremely new fittings (shower, kitchen, beds, lighting) make for a comfortable stay and the apartment has much better design quality than most apartments in Cannes. The ease of using the codes to enter/exit the building and apartment were also convenient, as it avoided the need to coordinate keys with the host.

Cons: The lighting behind the mirror was too soft and dim, making it hard to do make-up. There was very little natural light in the Suite No 2, and the photos made it seems as if there was a balcony which might belong to a different suite. If there was, I couldn't find it. :) A full length mirror would also be nice, as well as some non-wine glasses.
