Pros: Nice, spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Smooth communication.

Cons: The parking was really a challenge, but probably this was because of the high season and high demand.

Pros: Excellent apartment, highly recommended. Near the market. Nice hosting.

Pros: Nice and comfortable apartment, great location. I really liked the balcony with a view of the garden.

Clean, spacious, comfortable in convenient location.

Pros: It was clean, comfortable beds and well equipped in a convenient location. Good communication. We appreciated being able to drop off our luggage upon arrival.

Cons: It was noisy at times, dog barking & what sounded like building work late night & early morning, all coming from other properties within the building. We noticed some Ants in kitchen & bedroom.

Lovely stay, nice apartment, short walk from La Croisette but quite steep if you are not fit

Pros: Location was good although it was a steep walk from the centre of Cannes to the property. Apartment was clean with good facilities like kitchen, dishwasher etc

Cons: The steep walk to the property, the communal staircase up to the apartment was dark at night, no lighting

Lovely stay

Pros: I had a fantastic stay at this central location! The communication with the owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Amazing house

Pros: The house is stunning and modern, with an excellent location. It is meticulously clean and well-maintained. The staff are exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to assist.

Very charming spacious and practical apartment

Pros: Spacious and lovely apartment in a beautiful, quiet area, but close to the Croisette. Very good communication, very friendly. And having two bathrooms was great. We loved the little balcony with views of the gardens below. Very charming.

Cons: The detergent used for the sheets and towels is too strong. It gave us allergy. Pleas use a milder one and tbe apartment would an all round 10.

Pros: The apartment is at first floor in a relatively old building, but it is renovated and modernly furnished with top equipment There are 2 spacious bathrooms, one of them included in one of the bedrooms, equipped with everything necessary (10 for fluffy towels) The apartment is located very close to the restaurant area in Rue de Antibes and a 5-minute walk from a paid parking lot (16.5 Euro/day). We were lucky and parked our rental car for free in front of the property in 3 of the 5 days we stayed there. The host was very kind and gave us some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit.

Cons: The apartment is heated only with air conditioners (one for each room), I don't know if it is enough in winter, but for us in May it was ok
