Pros: Perfect location to explore both beach and restaurants in Cannes . Also only 15 minute walk to train station.

Amazing apartment, pretty, spacious and well-equipped.

Pros: Very pretty flat, spacious and light, well-equipped, very clean and in a mint condition. The location is also very convenient, close to the centre of Cannes.

Cons: The location was a bit noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep at night. Although there are two bathrooms, one of them is en-suite and is not equipped with doors, making it difficult to share rooms. The apartment managers also refused to provide us with more than 2 rolls of paper, which was quite bizarre given the price we paid for the flat.

Very comfortable and great location.

Pros: Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment on the best street in Cannes. 2 big bathrooms. Only negative is it is 3 floors up and no elevator. They did hire someone to help bring our luggage up and down. Otherwise would not have rented it. Especially if you are older the stairs are difficult. Getting up and down each day was ok without packages.

Cons: The 3 flights of stairs. It needed more products like toilet paper, tissues, shampoo.
