Pros: Spacious and comfortable appartment, close to the beach and to the old town. Well equiped and clean

Cons: If you come by car, quite difficult to find a parking spot on the surrounding streets.

Pros: We liked everything! Everything looks just like in the photos. The building is old and has no elevator — the apartment is on the 3rd floor, but it has been freshly renovated, very clean and comfortable. It has everything you need. A huge 2-meter bed with a good mattress. Close to the sandy beach and the promenade, but still quiet. The window overlooks a park with a playground.

Cons: The only problem was that free parking is only available on the streets near the building, and it’s very hard to find a spot. One time we drove around for more than 40 minutes looking for parking(( Also, the pillows on the bed were too big — but that happens often, so we bring our own pillows anyway))

Very nice apartment in a great location

Pros: The apartment is very nice renovated, furnished very practically and with the eye to details. In the kitchen you will find everything you need and more. It’s perfect. The building itself is very quiet. You need just 2min walk to the Aldi grocery store, 7min walk to the beach and 10min to the city center and restaurants at the coast. A lot of parking options nearby. The owner is very friendly and fast responsive. Any information you need, she will assist you asap.

Pros: First of all, owner, Raja, was very kind and helpful. Location of apartmant was excelent considering the price. 10 min walk from La Croisette, and even less to the beautiful beach. Apartmant was really good, we had everything we need. Parking space was very hard to find in july. We paid for covered parking 200 meters from apartmant, 16 euro per day, but if you add this to to apartmant price it is still really affordable, especialy considering the price of nearby hotels. And Cannes is ..... just amazing.

Great location for a long stay

Pros: The apartment is big and has everything for a comfort stay for even a week or 2, including washing machine. The host was very helpful and has recommended us a good parking. He has communicated with us quickly and answered all our questions. There are several parkings and a supermarket nearby. The beach is also close - around 10 minutes on foot. The WiFi was working really well.

Cons: You need to consider that a road next to the apartment is loud during the day, but at night it was calm and hasn't disturbed our sleep.
