Pros: Lage ist top, durch den Park direkt zum Strand und ein paar hundert Meter in die Innenstadt. Parkplatz steht abgezäunt zur Verfügung.

Cons: Einige Elemente (Küche, ein Duschbereich, eine Schrankwand) sind schlicht renovierungsbedürftig. Die Wohnung steht aktuell zum Verkauf, so dass mit einer Behebung nicht unmittelbar zu rechnen ist.
