Pros: Everything !!! The host (Yves) was very kind & helpful and respectful of meeting timings. The apartment is perfectly located with an amazingly breathtaking view over the old port, palais des festivals and key attractions of Cannes. It's very clean and well equipped with all functional amenities for a perfect stay experience. Shopping & Restaurants are at walking distance. I can only STRONGLY recommend this beautiful & cozy place. Relax & Enjoy.

Cons: Mind the staircase and the size of the lift (accessible only as from floor 1) ..especially if carrying large suitcases/luggage bags. But this is fully understandable/acceptable for such a heritage building. At least the owner managed to equip/fit the building a lift. It was not so much of a blocking factor or a negative point for us.

Great stay, wonderful location, attentive host ensuring my comfort. I was very happy with my stay.

Pros: Proximity, the view of the apartment, peace and quiet away from my work events.

Cons: The elevator did go down for the last two days of my stay. I took the stairs most of the time just because it is my personal preference, but leaving, it was difficult to navigate my heaving suitcase. The pillows were a bit too firm for my liking, but that is simply a personal preference.
