The best for this price

Pros: Excelent view and big balcony. There are enough space for 5 people if you spend time on balcony. Inside is just for sleep. Location si good, hotel is near 2 train stations where you can catch train that will drive you to center of Cannes in 5 minutes, and also near hotel is bus station if you want to fo with bus. Pool and reastaurant are good, wc is good, there is always warm water, also in apartment there is a lot of plates and dishes. Also microwave, toaster, good cooker, fridge and dishwasher. There are 3 beds in one room, and bunk bad in another part of the room, so there is enough space for 5 people if you want to go on a beach, tour a cities, and spend time on balcony enjoying view and drink. Beach is 100m from hotel, you can chose where you want to swim, it is very long beach.

Cons: You need to swipe a credit card for deposit and if you lose keys or crash something, they will charge you later. Not the cleanest one, but it depends on what you expect.

Pros: The outstanding security in the premises. The location.

Cons: Pool not open, common spaces seem run down, odd that you cannot go to front desk at all hours

Travelled with family. Everything was perfect. It’s a great location and very good value for money.

Overall the stay was lovely

Pros: The view from the room was excellent and the pool was really lovely. The balcony was large and very pleasant to sit and relax. Staff at reception were excellent. Proximity to the beach was great

Cons: While clean the property is a bit dated. The area at the front was quite dirty. The living area in the apartment was quite restrictive. I certainly would not recommend for more than 2 people

Cons: No reception to book in from 12 to 3pm we arrived at 12.15!

Awesome as always. First time was 12 years ago, this year was my 7th time.

Pros: Private parking, enough space in apartment for 4 people (adults), big balcony, only 2 minutes to the beach, 2 minutes to shop and bus station, 5 minutes to the train station.

Cons: No air conditioner. In September you don’t need it, but in July or August it’s a little uncomfortable if you stay in the room at the midday.

Pros: Дуже красивий вид із балкона на море, до пляжу пішком іти максимум 3 хвилини, в номері чисто, ліжка зручні, підземний паркінг зручний, рядом є продовольчі магазини що дуже зручно

Cons: В номері не працював wifi, два рази обіцяли прислати майстра, але за два тижні відпочинку так ніхто і не прийшов. Фотографії в описі не відповідають дійсності, мене заселили зовсім в інший номер, на прохання поміняти відповіли відмовою, зазвичай у номерах є кава, чай, цукор, сіль а в моєму номері не було нічого
